\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bfe\u7a0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u5b66\u672f\u63f4\u52a9\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u60c5\u611f\u5b66\u4e60 (SEL)\u3001\u8bed\u8a00\u53d1\u5c55\u6216\u884c\u4e3a\u652f\u6301\u3002 \u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u5305\u62ec RTI\uff08\u5bf9\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\uff09\u3001\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u7684\u8f85\u5bfc\u3001SEL \u8ba1\u5212\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9 IEPS \u6216 ILP \u5b66\u751f\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8bc4\u4f30\u5f88\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u8d44\u6e90\u4f18\u5316\uff1a<\/strong> \u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u91d1\u94b1\u548c\u4eba\u5458\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> (SIS)\uff1a<\/strong> \u96c6\u4e2d\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8c03\u67e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u6bd4\u8f83\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6ce8\u518c\u524d\u540e\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002 \u4f7f\u7528\u56fe\u8868\u6216\u4eea\u8868\u677f\u53ef\u89c6\u5316\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002
